Built a system-triggered automation that continuously monitored component lifecycle status changes — detecting when parts moved into Last-Time-Buy, End-of-Life, or Obsolete status. When a change was detected, the system looked back up to 12 months of RFQ history to identify customers who had previously quoted the affected parts. It then triggered a customized HubSpot campaign that automatically crafted and delivered a personalized outreach email to each customer, surfacing the lifecycle event and presenting a targeted offer.
