Designed and implemented a customer-facing ML/AI intelligence platform that analyzed incoming Bills of Materials and returned a detailed part risk report to the customer. The system automatically identified components at End-of-Life, Last-Time-Buy, and Obsolete status — surfacing supply chain risk before it became a crisis. Beyond protecting customers from costly disruptions, the platform gave the A2 sales team a high-value reason to re-engage, deepening relationships and opening conversations at the engineering and procurement level that traditional sales outreach couldn’t reach.
