At HT Systems LLC, I led integration of the PatientSecure biometric identification system across 27 hospital information systems — completing every deployment on-time within a single year, while building the technical support department from scratch in parallel.

The platform was later acquired by Imprivata, where it grew into the industry-leading positive patient identification solution — now managing over 18 million patient identities across 2,200+ healthcare organizations worldwide.
